Full-time | 45 hours per week, including Saturday mornings on a rota basis

At Marshall SEAT Oxford, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to oversee and drive the success of our Parts department, ensuring outstanding service and operational excellence.
In this role:
- You’ll lead and motivate the parts team, providing clear direction and support to maximise productivity and team morale.
- You’ll manage stock levels efficiently while minimising costs, and ensuring timely and accurate departmental administration.
- You’ll maintain professional relationships with suppliers and external partners to support smooth operations.
- You’ll drive sales growth by maximising parts sales to both trade and retail customers, delivering excellent customer care and satisfaction.
We’re looking for:
- Someone with experience in a Parts Supervisor or Management role, ideally with previous franchised dealership experience.
- Someone with a calm, professional approach and excellent stakeholder management abilities.
- Most importantly, someone who shares our values and takes pride in delivering both great results and a supportive, positive working environment.
