At Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Leicester, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled and qualified Diagnostic Technician to join our high‑performing aftersales team. You’ll be based in our well‑equipped environment with 16 ramps available across the site.
You’ll join a strong group of 11 experienced Technicians, including long‑standing team members with deep JLR knowledge who are always happy to support. We’ll help you grow with OEM training, online learning, Marshall development programmes and on‑site coaching — giving you everything you need to progress through JLR levels and stay ahead of the latest technologies, including EV.
In this role:
- You’ll carry out a range of complex diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
- You’ll complete EV work (if qualified) and hydraulic repairs safely and efficiently, working in line with manufacturer standards.
- You’ll use your expertise in diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve hard to find issues.
- You’ll assist Apprentice Technicians with development where needed.
We're looking for:
- Someone with a minimum of a Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance, and a recognised Diagnostic qualification
- Someone with previous experience as a Diagnostic Technician/Mechanic ideally, but if just brand qualified we will consider your application!
- Someone with strong teamwork skills, who follows process and upholds high standards of safety and quality.
- Most importantly, someone with a desire to progress with us, as we will commit to supporting and developing you with constant manufacturer training to keep on top of the latest technologies and EV requirements!
