At Marshall Motor Group, we’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced Aftersales Contact Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent one of the world’s most iconic brands while delivering outstanding service to our customers.
In this role:
- You’ll be the first point of contact for our Aftersales customers, handling inbound service, MOT and repair bookings, and answering general enquiries with professionalism and care.
- You’ll also make outbound calls to customers using our dealership database, checking in on their servicing needs, building rapport, and offering additional support or products.
- You’ll deliver a seamless customer journey that builds loyalty and trust.
We're looking for:
- Someone with previous experience in a customer service role, whether face-to-face or over the phone.
- Someone who is a confident communicator, who enjoys working in a target-driven environment and thrives on helping others.
- Someone with strong listening and influencing skills, able to convert enquiries into bookings while handling each interaction with care.
- Someone comfortable using multiple systems and databases, with high attention to detail.
- Most importantly, someone who’s positive, eager to learn, and ready to make a real impact as part of our team.
