Join one of the newest Marshall Mercedes-Benz Truck & Van dealerships in the network and work alongside a skilled team of 12 Technicians, including two Diagnostic Technicians and a High Voltage specialist. What we offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of £19.50-£21.50 per hour, depending on experience.
- Additional £30 per day late shift allowance.
- Saturday overtime paid at 1.4x hourly rate.
- Rotating shift pattern of 07:00-15:30 and 13:00-23:00.
In this role:
- You’ll carry out servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
- You’ll handle a variety of vehicle maintenance tasks, from oil changes to engine changes, supported by digital write-ups and job card completion.
- You’ll conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with Marshall standards.
We're looking for:
- Someone with a recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
- Someone with previous experience as a Service Technician/Mechanic, ideally with exposure to both warranty and servicing work.
- Someone with strong teamwork skills, who follows process and upholds high standards of safety and quality.
- Someone with a MOT Licence is a plus – full training can be provided if not yet qualified.
- Most importantly, someone eager to learn as this role will test you, but also help you develop and progress within your Mechanic careers with our manufacturer accreditation training.
