    Full-time | 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8am–5pm or 9am–6pm)

    At Marshall Motor Group, we’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced Aftersales Contact Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent one of the world’s most iconic brands while delivering outstanding service to our customers.

    In this role you will,

    • Manage and action all incoming leads within the Audi Lead Inbox, whilst ensuring all manufacturer reports are completed accurately.
    • Liaise with Customers regarding routine maintenance on their vehicles 
    • Communicating with customers via telephone, email, and SMS to secure workshop bookings
    • Provide clear, professional customer service throughout every interaction 
    • Support Audi Centres by ensuring all maintenance bookings are scheduled and processed efficiently

    We're looking for:

    • Someone with previous experience in a customer service role, whether face-to-face or over the phone.
    • Someone who is a confident communicator, who enjoys working in a target-driven environment and thrives on helping others.
    • Someone with strong listening and influencing skills, able to convert enquiries into bookings while handling each interaction with care.
    • Someone comfortable using multiple systems and databases, with high attention to detail.
    • Most importantly, someone who’s positive, eager to learn, and ready to make a real impact as part of our team.
