We are seeking a driven and commercially astute National Corporate Account Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven B2B sales professional to further develop their career within a business that prides itself on a strong culture, customer centric approach, and a unique market proposition. You will play a key role in building long term client relationships, delivering tailored mobility solutions, and contributing to sustainable business growth while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and service.
This is a field based, hybrid role with responsibility for managing and developing corporate customers across the North of England. The successful candidate must be comfortable with regular travel and be able to commute frequently to customer locations across Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, and Newcastle.
In this role:
- Write, present, and deliver professional and compelling business proposals when required
- Proactively manage customer relationships, ensuring complaints are thoroughly investigated and promptly resolved
- Always Follow the Customer Journey policy to ensure a consistently high quality customer experience
- Remain up to date with industry developments, legislation, and market trends within and beyond the motor industry
- Accurately manage leads, enquiries, and follow ups with a high attention to detail and urgency
- Work collaboratively across the business, providing cover for colleagues where required and contributing to shared team and company objectives
- Maintain compliance with FCA regulations, consumer legislation, and all relevant trade practices
- Carry out any other duties commensurate with the position
We're looking for:

Has a proven track record of success within a dealership B2B or corporate sales environment
- Is a high performing sales professional with ambition, resilience, and a determined, goal orientated mindset
- Is energetic, self motivated, and persistent, with the ambition to exceed targets and expectations
- Demonstrates a strong customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above expectations
- Pays exceptional attention to detail and takes personal ownership of responsibilities and outcomes
- Communicates confidently and professionally, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Quickly builds strong, credible relationships and influences stakeholders at all levels
- Thrives under pressure, working effectively to deadlines and targets
- Actively contributes to a positive culture and embraces continuous improvement
- Is IT literate, numerate, and confident managing data, systems, and reporting
- Has sound knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer law, FCA requirements, and industry best practice
