At Marshall Volvo Grantham, we’re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our team in a dual role as Warranty Administrator & Service Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role both behind the scenes and front of house, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and workshop teams.
In this role:
You’ll balance responsibilities across both warranty administration and service advising, including:
- Managing the accurate and timely completion of all warranty-related administration, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and group policies
- Overseeing warranty submissions, tracking claims, and resolving any discrepancies efficiently
- Acting as the key link between customers and the workshop, delivering a professional service from booking through to vehicle collection
- Welcoming customers and keeping them informed throughout the repair and service process
- Proactively managing follow-ups to maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction
- Supporting customers with vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service plans, acting as a trusted advisor
- Ensuring all processes meet departmental objectives, legal requirements, and high customer service standards
We're looking for:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role, ideally within the automotive industry
- Knowledge of warranty processes or service advising is highly desirable (training provided where needed)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively across multiple responsibilities
- Confident IT user; Kerridge experience is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer-first mindset
- A team player who can stay calm under pressure and build positive working relationships
