A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our Trade Parts Specialist site where you will use your management experience to run an effective and efficient warehouse providing a high-quality service for our customers, representing both Marshall Motor Group and one of our leading brands in this sales role.
In this role:

- Set and allocate performance targets for the warehouse operatives and Van Drivers
- Monitor and hit personal and departmental key performance targets
- Ensure operating procedures and documented warehouse processes are available to all warehouse members
- With support from the TPS managment team, monitor delivery schedules to maintain and improve service levels
- Maintain a stock inventory to ensure shelf to system accuracy
- Ensure orders are picked accurately and promptly ready for dispatch to customers
We're looking for:
- Warehouse manager or supervisor experience desired
- Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Have a keen interest in the motor industry
