At Marshall Mercedes-Benz of Blackpool, we’re offering a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated Bodyshop Technician to join one of the UK’s leading automotive groups, working with the latest technology and tools in a well-equipped repair centre.
In this role:
- You’ll perform body repairs to all vehicles (both on a large scale, such as stripping and refitting doors, and smaller scale, such as dent removal, scratch repair and refinish), ensuring a high standard of work.
- You’ll work closely with other members of the team such as estimators, painters and the Bodyshop Manager
- You’ll achieve and exceed assessed timelines, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, accurately and in line with safety and manufacturer standards.
We're looking for:
- Someone with experience as a Bodyshop Technician, ideally from a main dealer or bodyshop environment.
- Someone with a strong focus on quality and process, who takes pride in doing things right the first time.
- Someone dependable, a team player who understands the importance of workplace safety and workshop cleanliness.
- Most importantly, someone who’s committed to high standards of work and ready to grow with an employer who invests in their people.
