At Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Cheltenham we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Front of House Manager to join our aftersales team, acting as a vital link between customers and the workshop to ensure smooth, satisfying service journeys.
In this role:
- You’ll manage and nurture customer relationships from booking through to service completion, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
- You’ll support and train new team members within the Service department, driving performance and meeting KPIs.
- Acting as a key point of contact, you’ll handle complex customer issues with professionalism and collaborate with management for solutions.
- You’ll complete all administration accurately, maintaining high standards of customer care throughout their Marshall journey.
We're looking for:
- Someone with previous Service Advisor experience, ready to take the next step in their career.
- Someone who is customer-focused, who thrives on delivering great service and managing expectations effectively.
- Someone organised and detail-oriented, who can manage their own workload and support a high-performing team.
