You'll be working in a modern 15-ramp workshop supporting the BYD, Honda and cinch brands, with access to a strong earning potential of £10,000+ bonus per year. Our site consistently delivers excellent customer satisfaction results, achieving upper quartile CSI performance for Honda and above national average results for BYD.

In this role:
- You’ll carry out a range of complex diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
- You’ll complete EV work (if qualified) and hydraulic repairs safely and efficiently, working in line with manufacturer standards.
- You’ll use your expertise in diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve hard to find issues.
- You’ll assist Apprentice Technicians with development where needed.
We're looking for:
- Someone with a minimum of a Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance, and a recognised Diagnostic qualification
- Someone with previous experience as a Diagnostic Technician/Mechanic ideally, but if just brand qualified we will consider your application!
- Someone with strong teamwork skills, who follows process and upholds high standards of safety and quality.
- Most importantly, someone with a desire to progress with us, as we will commit to supporting and developing you with constant manufacturer training to keep on top of the latest technologies and EV requirements!
