    At Marshall Audi Coulsdon, we're looking for a skilled and qualified MOT Tester to join our successful aftersales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with premium Audi vehicles in a modern 10-bay workshop, equipped with the latest diagnostic technology, specialist tools and manufacturer-led training.

    In this role:

    • You’ll carry out servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
    • You’ll handle a variety of vehicle maintenance tasks, from oil changes to cambelt changes, supported by digital write-ups and job card completion.
    • You’ll conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with Marshall standards.

    We're looking for:

    • Someone with a recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
    • Someone with previous experience as a Service Technician/Mechanic, ideally with exposure to both warranty and servicing work.
    • Someone with strong teamwork skills, who follows process and upholds high standards of safety and quality.
    • Someone with a MOT Licence is a plus – full training can be provided if not yet qualified.
    • Most importantly, someone eager to learn as this role will test you, but also help you develop and progress within your Mechanic careers with our manufacturer accreditation training.
