At Marshall Nissan Grantham we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a confident and Fleet Administrator to join one of the UK’s most trusted and innovative automotive retailers
In this role:
- Lead all post-sale related administration processes for fleet sales
- Provide client quotations, order vehicles, allocate vehicle registration numbers, tax new vehicles and produce client invoices
- You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate vehicle stock records
- Liaise with the vehicle preparation centre to ensure vehicles complete a pre-delivery inspection
- Arrange vehicle delivery or collection by the client
We're looking for:
- Excellent attention to detail is necessary due to the level of administration required
- You will be naturally organised and have good time management skills
- Confident IT skills, particularly in MS Excel
- Someone with previous administration experience – ideally from an automotive background, though this is by no means essential.
- Someone with strong IT skills (Excel essential; Kerridge experience is a bonus), excellent attention to detail and a methodical, accurate working style.
- Most importantly, someone who enjoys supporting others and thrives on keeping things organised and running smoothly
