At Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Cambridge, we’re offering an exciting opportunity
for a proactive and well-organised Parts Trade Representative to join our
aftersales team and support seamless workshop operations.
In this role:
- You’ll receive, unload, and accurately record all incoming parts
and stock deliveries.
- You’ll store and organise parts, maintaining clear, up-to-date
inventory records in our internal systems.
- You’ll provide a high standard of service to all customers,
ensuring they're fully informed on the status of their order
- You’ll work closely with the rest of the JLR team to ensure a
smooth working relationship and seamless customer experience
- You’ll be out meeting with
existing customers as well as building relationships to secure new business.
We're looking
for:
- Someone with previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within
a Trade Parts store.
- Someone comfortable following established processes and procedures
and working both independently and as part of a team.
- Someone motivated, organised and who prioritises Health &
Safety in the workplace.
- Someone tech-savvy and confident using iPad or similar software for
inventory management.
- Most importantly, someone who takes pride in delivering a positive
experience for every customer and colleague, every time.
