  • Service Manager

    Marshall Nissan Grantham

    At Marshall Nissan Grantham, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to take the lead in delivering outstanding customer service and commercial success in our Front of house and Workshop departments.
     
    In this role:
    • You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front of house and Workshop departments, managing productivity and efficiency across the team.
    • You’ll lead, coach and inspire a team of Technicians, Service advisors, and other vital members of the Service department to deliver great customer outcomes while meeting targets.
    • You’ll take accountability for departmental financials, working closely with the Parts Manager and other heads of department to ensure profitability, compliance and consistent customer satisfaction.
    • You’ll also be responsible for maintaining a positive team culture, driving performance and professional development across your department.
    We're looking for:
    • Someone with experience as Aftersales or Service Manager with a strong background in Service operations.
    • Someone who can confidently manage a large and diverse team while setting clear expectations and leading by example.
    • Someone with excellent customer service acumen, analytical skills and a focus on maintaining compliance with manufacturer and industry standards.
    • Most importantly, someone who shares our values and takes pride in delivering both great results and a supportive, positive working environment.
