As a Central Vehicle Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting our fast-paced Central Used Car team, ensuring vehicle transfers across the Group are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This is an exciting opportunity to join us in a newly created role, introduced as part of our continued focus on strengthening and streamlining our central vehicle operations.
Working closely with colleagues across our dealerships and central functions, you'll coordinate vehicle movements, maintain accurate stock records, and help ensure our vehicles are in the right place at the right time.
This role will be based from our Peterborough office, so applicants must be within a commutable distance and able to attend the office as required.
In this role you will:
- Maintain accurate vehicle stock records in line with purchases, sales, and vehicle movements.
- Work closely with the Central Used Car team, local dealerships, and divisional colleagues to coordinate stock transfers across the Group.
- Process vehicle transfers, ensuring all movements are correctly authorised and recorded.
- Arrange and coordinate vehicle logistics, communicating movement information clearly with relevant stakeholders.
- Support the smooth flow of vehicle stock between locations, helping maximise vehicle availability and operational efficiency.
We're looking for:
- An experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities while following established processes and procedures.
- A confident communicator who can build strong relationships and support colleagues across the business.
- Highly IT literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (experience with Keyloop Rev8 or Drive is advantageous but not essential).
- Motivated by accuracy, efficiency, and delivering a high standard of work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
